At Westie Puppy Nest! We are a dog and puppy-loving family that is very passionate about what we do! Our world revolves around our dogs and puppies and we would not change it for the world! The joy we have brought our families is beyond measure!
How Are We Different From Other Westie Dog Breeders?
We are not like other Westie dog breeders. Westie Puppy Nest acres has been our family home since the spring of 2013. Over that time we have poured our heart and soul into our bloodlines and the lives of our pets, creating a safe, nurturing and ethical environment for our Westies and their puppies.
Our ranch is surrounded by rolling fields, slow flowing rivers and native grasslands. It is an ideal environment for our pets to thrive and their puppies to safely and comfortably stretch their legs. Alongside our ever expanding family, our Westies also grow up next to a small flock of Dorset-Suffolk sheep, a single horse and numerous species of wildlife including whitetail deer, red fox, cottontail rabbit and bobwhite quail.
This environment guarantees your puppy has the best foundation in all categories, allowing them to put their best paw forward by the time you get to meet them.
Our Approach
We prioritize health, temperament, and beauty to elevate the West Highlander breed. Our puppies consistently earn praise from trainers, groomers, and veterinarians.

About Miriam
Miriam has been a very active and enthusiastic partner in Westie Puppy Nest. She is passionate about making sure that every dog in our home has the best life and nutrition. She ensures they have all had their daily amount of treats, exercise, training and cuddle time!
Miriam has a farming background with raising cattle, horses, pigs, chickens etc. Her professional career has been in the trades which has allowed her to always be home full time when we have puppies in the nursery.
She loves and adores his dogs and would keep everyone of our pups.
A Committed Student and Dog Lover
About Matthew
Matthew, our son attends the Ufto with a Major in Computer Science and a Minor in Chemistry.
Matthew has always been a very active part of WPN Puppies. He has daily dog responsibilities along with always helping with our puppies from assisting with the delivery of pups, cleaning and taking care of the dogs. He is equipped to take care of anything needed.
His dedication and love of the dogs and puppies is so evident in the smile on his face when he is with them.

Our Dogs Thrive in a Loving Environment
All our dogs live with us on our four-acre rural property in Windsor Ontario. They are part of our loving family and receive the best nutrition, veterinary care, exercise, and, most importantly, the attention and love they deserve.
Our dogs reside in our home and have access to a spacious 15,000-square-foot fenced dog run where they enjoy playing

Our Nurturing Nursery
Our puppies’ health and safety is our top priority. Our fully developed basement features two nursery rooms, a playroom, a photography studio, a kitchenette, toy storage, and dedicated laundry and grooming areas, all spanning 1,400 square feet.
